This silver plated ice cream tub cover is one of my favourite table accessories and my “go to” hostess gift.
I have always hated putting ice cream carton tubs on the table, they are simply hideous!
So, I am very excited to have found the ideal silver plated ice cream tub cover and of course could not resist sharing it with you as Almost essential is the only one selling them. They fit Haagen Dazs, Ben & Jerry and any standard round ice cream tubs. Suddenly the most casual pudding looks good on your table.
I have also used them as a vase for flowers, it looks really good on the table as well. Look at the picture!
The Almost Essential silver plated ice cream tub covers are a great present idea as well. Every friend I have given it to, loves them.
Go for it! (They are sold with the little spoon). Size: 12cm high, 11cm diameter at the top. There is a space where it could be personalised with initials or a name. We can recommend an engraver based in Mayfair who could do it for you at an extra cost.

Could you use this to store home made ice cream in these? Or does it need to be in a tub?

Yes you can but I would not put them in the freezer. I would use them to serve the home made ice cream, actually a great idea too! Have you ordered one?
