With Summer round the corner and a change of wardrobe insight, more than ever we need to feel great in our clothes. These leg toning exercises specifically recommended by Michael will make us look even better this Summer.
Our personal trainer Michael from BrigoPT is sharing five exercises that target the legs and glutes, there’s no need for any equipment so you can do this anywhere, anytime, let’s begin!
Exercise 1. Lunge Runner
Perform 30 seconds on each side.
Exercise 2. Squats Pulses
Perform 30 Pulses.
Exercise 3. Side Lunges
Perform 20 repetitions.
Exercise 4. Clam Side Plank
Perform 30 seconds on each side.
Exercise 5. Glute Bridge Alternating Leg Lift
Perform 20 leg lifts.
Repeat the circuit twice.
Michael’s advice is to include resistance exercises (like this workout) minimum twice per week for optimal results.
